Roughly $6.8 billion, the projects range from infrastructure to new railroad tracks, with a majority of projects--$1.1 billion worth--specifically in Boston. Among some of the more dynamic projects are constructing a 500,000-square-foot research center in Worchester and a $340-million digitizing of ambulatory medical records.
