The 60-lawyer firm--which expects to relocate from Newark's One Gateway Center to its new facilities in November--is taking over most of the former Kushner Cos. offices, which the latter left after relocating its corporate headquarters to New York City. Kushner Cos. still owns and manages the five-building Westminster Corporate Campus, which includes the 180,000-square-foot class A office building at 18 Columbia Tpke.

"We decided the time was right for our firm to be closer to the center of the state, so that we can branch out in numerous directions," says William Maderer, Saiber's managing member, who adds that his firm's lawyers regularly appear in federal court in Trenton and Camden as well as Newark. "So Florham Park was ideal from a location standpoint, and the space, with its high ceilings and magnificent finishes and amenities, was truly spectacular. Kushner is a first class organization and the office we're moving into really shows it."

We'll have two-and-a-half interconnected floors--a block of 50,000 square feet--that we're now taking to market." Advance has already seen some interest and request for proposals. "I would say four significant tenants are exploring the opportunity," Banaszynski says.
