CMG intends to use the space to provide warehousing and logistics services to its customers in the Southeast. This marks the first lease agreement between the company and ProLogis, the largest industrial landlord in the Atlanta metropolitan area with 19 million square feet in 122 facilities.

"Our Atlanta portfolio is diverse and offers our customers modern, efficient distribution space in the right locations," says Rodney Davidson, ProLogis' local vice president and market officer. He notes that CMG's neighbors in Norcross include Home Depot, Konica Minolta, Mygrant Glass Co., Tire Centers LLC and Nippon Express.

Atlanta Northeast Distribution Center is a 65-acre logistics park near Interstate 85 and Jimmy Carter Boulevard, totaling more than 1.1 million square feet in eight buildings. Northeast Atlanta is the city's largest industrial submarket, with more than 142 million square feet and approximately 10% vacancy, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
