Law Firm Expands Space on LI

UNIONDALE, NY-Law firm Forchelli, Curto, Crowe, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Cohn LLP has leased 35,000 square feet for its headquarters at RXR Realty’s 333 Earle Ovington Blvd. here. The lease for the 575,000-square-foot property’s 10th floor is for 10 years.

Grace Thomson, broker coordinator for Cushman & Wakefield’s Long Island office, tells GlobeSt.com the law firm is moving into a space that’s 10,000 square feet larger than its current headquarters at TIAA-CREF’s 330 Old Country Rd. in Mineola, NY, for which JRT Realty is leasing agent. Ken Bauer, RXR’s EVP for leasing, says in a release that the bigger space will accommodate the firm’s future growth.
