Interactive Data--headquartered in Bedford, MA--currently has two Manhattan locations, at 498 Seventh Ave. and at 100 William St., which like 100 Church is Downtown. Mark Hepsworth, president of Interactive Data's institutional business, tells GlobeSt.com, "The new office space at 100 Church will accommodate more than 200 employees from our Pricing and Reference Data business. We will continue to maintain our offices at 100 William." The 212 employees relocating from Midtown in November include 85 evaluators, according to a release.

Asking rents at 100 Church, currently undergoing a capital improvement program, range from $48 to $53 per square foot. Other tenants there include Niche Media, Regus HQ, New York City Law Department and CCA.

The Sapir Organization was represented by Stephen Siegel, chairman of the New York tri-state region for CB Richard Ellis, and CBRE vice chairman Howard Fiddle, EVP Brad Gerla, first VP Zachary Freeman and SVP Gerry Miovski. Richard Berzine, Robert DeAngelis and Richard Fenn of Richard Berzine & Co. represented the tenant.
