Data Firm Shifts Space to Downtown

NEW YORK CITY-Interactive Data Corp. is moving into 65,000 square feet at 100 Church St., a few blocks from its existing Downtown space.

NEW YORK CITY-Interactive Data Corp. has signed a 65,000-square-foot, 15-year lease at the Sapir Organization’s 100 Church St., becoming the anchor tenant at the 1.1-million-square-foot Downtown office tower. The company’s Pricing and Reference Data division will occupy 51,000 square feet initially, followed by 14,000 square feet of additional office space on the 11th floor over the next five years.

Interactive Data–headquartered in Bedford, MA–currently has two Manhattan locations, at 498 Seventh Ave. and at 100 William St., which like 100 Church is Downtown. Mark Hepsworth, president of Interactive Data’s institutional business, tells GlobeSt.com, “The new office space at 100 Church will accommodate more than 200 employees from our Pricing and Reference Data business. We will continue to maintain our offices at 100 William.” The 212 employees relocating from Midtown in November include 85 evaluators, according to a release.
