The company occupies space in the One Alliance Center building at 3500 Lenox Road NE, in the Buckhead submarket. Ben Hautt, a five-year veteran of Stream Realty, serves as its managing partner for the region.
"Atlanta boasts some of the best architecture in the country, and as office building enthusiasts we can't take our eyes off of the skyline," Hautt stated in a release. "We are a hungry, energetic group and we look forward to establishing ourselves as the premier leasing and management company in the Southeast."
Jon Altschuler, Hautt's business partner in Atlanta, adds that the strategic location of the local office will allow it to better serve institutional clients. "We believe Ben and his team will be favorably received by the community in very short order," he said.
Established in 1996, Stream Realty has 275 personnel and offices in Dallas, Austin, Houston and San Antonio, TX. It leases and manages more than 50 million square feet of commercial space nationwide and claims at least $1 billion in annual real estate transactions.
