"Clesud sesrves as an important hub for distribution because of its centralized location and access to multimodal transportation with the majority of demand coming from the manufacturing and logistics management industries," says Ranald Hahn, managing director for ProLogis southern Europe, in a release.
The Park Clesud is adjacent and accessible to train shipments, and close to the A54, A9, A7 and A8 freeways. ProLogis leased a third space at Park Clesud to ID Logistics in 2004 for 282,273 square feet for a total of 807,456 square feet for that company. Other distributors Dentressangle, SLS, Dinadis and Intermarche' hold space in the complex, as well.
