Harsco Tallies 10-Year Renewal

PARAMUS, NJ-Industrial services supplier Patent Construction Systems–a division of Harsco Corp.–renewed its lease here at the Mack-Cali Center II office building located at 650 Front Rd.

CB Richard Ellis negotiated the 22,000-square-foot lease renewal, on behalf of Patent Construction. CBRE vice president Ronald Volk and Charles Laginestra, first vice president, represented the tenant in this transaction.
