Ayco, which provides financial counseling and education services for corporate executives and employees as well as high-net-worth individuals and families, renewed its lease for 10 years and three months.
"In this challenging economic environment, one of our top priorities is to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with valued tenants," Mack-Cali president and CEO Mitchell E. Hersh said in a statement. Ayco has been in the building since 1998. Other tenants include Prudential Insurance, MCI Telecommunications Corp. and the Medicines Co.
The property--8 Campus Dr.--is a 215,265-square-foot class A office building in the 100% leased Mack-Cali Business Campus, which is situated on a 600-acre site in Morris County. Jonathan Meisel of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, and Mack-Cali was represented in-house by vice president of leasing Diane Chayes.
