HARTFORD-Kamson Corp. will take-over a four-property portfolio for $34.2 million here. The financing is a fixed-rate 5.91%, 10-year term loand with CME execution provided by CBRE Capital Markets Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer division. The loan was put together and secured by SVP Mike Riccio, VP Christine Kubas of CBRE Capital Markets Debt & Equity finance division here. SVP Michael Sherman and VP Efrat Sharon in the New York City division of CBRE assisted, as well.

The four properties are Colonial Village–71 Messenger St., Plainville; Glastonbury Centre–28B Nanel Dr., Glastonbury; Loomis Manor & Brooksyde Apartments–133 and 133-A1 Loomis Dr, West Hartford; and Ribbon Mill–150 Pine St., Manchester. The portfolio totals 436 units. The seller was undisclosed.
