The largest of the deals was signed by a new tenant, All State Flooring, which took more than 41,000 square feet for warehousing and distribution use. The contracts were signed over the past 12 months.

Other transactions included: a 13,500-square-foot renewal by Taxolog Inc., which develops drugs for the treatment of cancer; a long-term, 15,500-square-foot lease by Metro PCS New York LLC, a wireless communications service provider; a 10,000-square-foot lease expansion and extension for the US office of Dovetail Systems--a company that develops and implements global universal payment platforms; NEC Unified Solutions' 3,500-square-foot contract that will house the software developer's Mid-Atlantic office; and a 4,300-square-foot lease renewal by Avtech Computer Training.

Fairfield Corporate Park encompasses 460,000 square feet of office, research, lab, manufacturing and warehouse space. Its tenant roster includes: May Chemical Co., Safelite Glass, Sprint Nextel, GasFlo Products, Arete Development and Flowserve. The campus is close to several major highways, such as Interstates 287, 280, 80 and Route 46. More than 66,000 square feet at the campus is available for lease.
