According to Studley, the firm will relocate this spring from approximately 4,500 square feet of class A office space across the street at One Gateway Center.

"Environ, a longtime client of ours, outgrew its space at One Gateway Center, where a low vacancy made it difficult to expand," says Studley executive managing director Robert Bull, who along with Studley senior managing director Philip Lipper, represented Environ in the long-term transaction. He tells GlobeSt.com, "it was critical to the consultancy firm that Studley secure future expansion options as well as other favorable terms in the new lease agreement."

The landlord, Matrix Development Group, was represented in-house by Felicia Arias, a leasing and tenant services manager. Matrix recently picked up the 342,000-square-foot Mid-Atlantic Corporate Center, which will be renamed the Matrix Corporate Center.

The 18-story office building features 418,889 square feet of office space and amenities that include 24-hour assisted parking garage and security, an on-site restaurant, bank, post office and newsstand. The building offers access to New York City via a pedestrian skyway connecting the office building directly to Newark Penn Station.
