Wireless Firm Consolidates International HQ

ATLANTA-Wireless infrastructure solutions firm Nsoro MasTec LLC has signed a 24,728-square-foot lease at Overlook III, a class A office building located at 2859 Paces Ferry Road SE in suburban Vinings. The value of the eight-year agreement signed with owner Parmenter Realty Partners was not disclosed. Average class A rental rates in the Northwest submarket, where the property is located, are $24.60 per square foot, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

“The space will serve as Nsoro’s international headquarters,” says Joe Grace, associate director at CresaPartners, which represented the tenant in the transaction. Nsoro specializes in supplying, designing and managing wireless infrastructure for commercial and governmental entities, including building cell phone towers for wireless network carriers.

“The firm has experienced a tremendous amount of growth, particularly over the past 24 months, and is on the verge of starting new contracts that will create job opportunities and further expansion,” Grace tells GlobeSt.com. Nsoro posted almost $200 million in revenue last year, according to a release.
