"The space will serve as Nsoro's international headquarters," says Joe Grace, associate director at CresaPartners, which represented the tenant in the transaction. Nsoro specializes in supplying, designing and managing wireless infrastructure for commercial and governmental entities, including building cell phone towers for wireless network carriers.

"The firm has experienced a tremendous amount of growth, particularly over the past 24 months, and is on the verge of starting new contracts that will create job opportunities and further expansion," Grace tells GlobeSt.com. Nsoro posted almost $200 million in revenue last year, according to a release.

"We will be consolidating our two existing Atlanta offices in the new space, as well as our recently relocated Houston operations," said Darrell Mays, founder and CEO of Nsoro MasTec, in the release. "We are very excited to have consolidated our corporate resources in Atlanta, close to one of our major customers."

Nsoro was attracted to the 438,051-square-foot Overlook III office because of its amenity base and location within a quarter-mile of its two previous locations within the submarket, says Grace. The building has a high-end private dining club, full gym, concierge service, dry cleaners, hair salon, eateries and car wash. The tenant has signed a lease for the space, which is currently in shell form, and has a move-in date targeting June 1 to July 1.

Overlook III is owned by Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners, which purchased the building in March 2007 for $81.6 million, according to the firm's Web site. Chuck Francis and Jeff Dils of Cousins Properties Inc. represented Parmenter in the transaction.
