PPM Global Gets New NC Assignment

RALEIGH, NC-The Florida-based property manager will handle BGK Group's buildings.

RALEIGH, NC-Just weeks after winning a contract for five office buildings at North Carolina State University, Boca Raton, FL-based Portfolio Property Management Global LLC has scored an additional assignment for 300,000 square feet of class A space within the local market. The properties belong to Santa Fe, NM-based BGK Group.

Buildings include One Harrison Park, a 55,000-square-foot office building on Harrison Oaks Boulevard in Cary, and two office buildings in Durham: the Meridian Building, at 2530 Meridian Parkway near Duke University, and Headquarters Park at 2222 Chapel Hill Nelson Highway. Management will be handled through PPM Global’s Raleigh office.
