the tenant in the deal for space on the seventh floor.
The other transactions include: a lease expansion for Podvey Meanor, a regional Northeast law firm; as well as new leases with international law firm Patton Boggs; Saul Ewing, a regional mid-Atlantic law outfit; and Gannet Fleming, an international engineering consulting company.
"One Riverfront Center continues to be a premier business destination for tenants in Northern New Jersey," says Matrix Development Group asset and leasing manager Felicia Arias in a statement. "We are very pleased that the complex remains a catalyst for economic and business investment in Newark."
Located at the intersection of Raymond Boulevard and Route 21/McCarter Highway, the building is directly connected to Newark Penn Station and Gateway Complex, which offers immediate access to NJPAC and NJ Transit trains and buses, Amtrak and Path trains. Newark International Airport is just three miles from the tower. One Riverfront Center also features a two-story lobby, underground parking garage and an updated security system.
