The other transactions include: a lease expansion for Podvey Meanor, a regional Northeast law firm; as well as new leases with international law firm Patton Boggs; Saul Ewing, a regional mid-Atlantic law outfit; and Gannet Fleming, an international engineering consulting company.

Newark International Airport is just three miles from the tower. One Riverfront Center also features a two-story lobby, underground parking garage and an updated security system.
