ARLINGTON, TX-BremnerDuke Healthcare, a division of Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has announced the development of a 55,129-square foot orthopedic and spine surgical hospital at 721 W. Highlander Blvd. The Baylor Arlington Orthopedic and Spine Hospital at Arlington (BOSHA), which is jointly owned by Baylor Health Care System, United Surgical Partners International and Arlington Orthopedic Associates, signed an agreement to lease the entire facility for 20 years.
BremnerDuke will build the project in conjunction with Arlington Orthopedic Associates. The specialty hospital will include a 24-bed in-patient surgical center, six operating rooms, 24-hour emergency department, diagnostic imaging and administrative offices.
