The company says in a statement that Patrick J. Bisceglia will join the New York City office as an associate vice president of investments, while Jeffrey J. Oram will assume a senior associate position at the New Jersey office.Both Bisceglia and Oram were most recently with CB Richard Ellis.

[IMGCAP(2)]Focusing on multifamily and office properties, 20-year industry vet Bisceglia will arrange investment property sales throughout the Tri-State area. Manhattan office regional manager, Edward Jordan says in the statement that Bisceglia's hire will provide clients with the "finest advisory services and further enhance our company's ability to serve the New York City metro area's real estate investment community."

In the New Jersey office, Oram will focus primarily on office and industrial assets in the southern part of the state's suburban market and throughout the country. In the same statement, New Jersey manager Michael Fasano says Oram joined the firm to "gain greater access to a pool of private investor clients nationwide."
