The Goldstein Group Bolsters Its Team

PARAMUS, NJ-The two new hires will focus on big box and land development for the brokerage firm.

[IMGCAP(1)]PARAMUS, NJ-John Luongo and Jason Gendel have signed on to handle the sale and leasing of big box properties, as well as land development projects, at the Goldstein Group. Luongo will serve as executive vice president, while Gendel takes the reigns as sales associate.

“We are pleased to welcome John and Jason as part of our on-going expansion of our sales and leasing team,” says president Chuck Lanyard. “As a team of seasoned real estate professionals, they bring their vast real estate experience to the Goldstein Group. We look forward to their contributions to our clients and our firm.”

[IMGCAP(2)]Specializing in the selling and leasing of large properties and land parcels, Luongo has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience including prior affiliations with Cushman & Wakefield and Grubb & Ellis. He has leased a variety of shopping centers from the ground up and has placed such national and regional tenants as Crate & Barrel, Home Depot Expo, Borders Books, Duane Reade, Washington Mutual Bank, Blockbuster Video and Fedex/Kinko.
