Hanover Opens 265-Unit Apartment Complex

ANAHEIM, CA-The Hanover Co. of Houston has opened its 265-unit 1818 Platinum Triangle luxury apartment complex, one of the latest projects to take shape at the 820-acre mixed-use Platinum Triangle area surrounding Angel Stadium and Honda Center. Designed by KTGY Group Architecture & Planning, the new apartment complex is situated on the corner of State College Boulevard and Katella Avenue.

KTGY’s David Senden, principal and the lead designer of the project, describes the 1818 Platinum Triangle complex as a podium-style, five-story building with subterranean parking featuring units of one and two bedrooms with one and two baths. The units range from 758 square feet to 1,328 square feet. Amenities at the luxury complex include a rooftop lounge with a resort-style heated pool, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, a grilling area, dining lanais, a clubhouse with a media lounge and multimedia gaming room, a private screening room, a catering kitchen, a conference room, a fitness center and other features.
