DAYTONA BEACH, FL-Integra Shores, a $36-million apartment complex northeast of Interstate 95 and LPGA Boulevard, has been completed by Jacksonville-based LandSouth Construction. The luxury gated community includes 288 units in 20 buildings, plus a clubhouse and other amenities.

Seven floor plans are available with one to three bedrooms each, with units ranging in size from 741 to 1,211 square feet and features such as crow molding, ceramic tile and appliances. Monthly rents range from a minimum of $965 to $1,350, based on unit sizes and other options.

Integra Land Co., the complex's developer, and architect Charlan-Brock & Associates worked with the contractor on Integra Shores. Common amenities include a billiards and entertainment room, fitness center, heated pool, outdoor kitchen and dog park.

"We have constructed a first-class community that will be appreciated for its aesthetic appeal and quality design for decades to come," says Mike Taylor, LandSouth senior project manager. "Our expertise and seasoned experience with multifamily construction allowed us to complete this project ahead of schedule and within budget."

LandSouth, established in 1998, specializes in multifamily construction and claims completion of more than 6,000 units throughout the Southeast. The company also has experience building hotels, senior living facilities, student and military housing, and condominiums and townhomes.
