Levin's first assignments for Stanbery were the Shoppes at Union Hill in Denville and the Shoppes at English Village in Montgomeryville, PA, both of which opened in 2003.

The newest additions are expected to open later this year. The Shoppes at Hamilton features 155,000 square feet of retail space on Route 130, just south of Interstate-195. According to Stanbery, there is limited regional competition from other upscale retail properties, which indicates that the Shoppes at Hamilton will bring a desirable shopping experience to area consumers.
