Levin To Manage New Stanbery Properties

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ-The newest assets bring the retail real estate services firm's assignments from Stanbery to 11 properties totaling approximately 1.35 million square feet.

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ-Levin Management Corp. is picking up two new property management assignments from Stanbery Development. Levin president and COO Matthew K. Harding says in a statement that the latest charge includes two New Jersey shopping centers under development–the Shoppes at Hamilton in Hamilton Twp. and the Shoppes at Cross Keys in Gloucester Twp.

“We enjoy working with Levin because of the level of attention we receive from their staff,” says Jon Meyer, Stanbery’s principal partner. “They do a great job understanding our vision, our shopping centers and our goals for managing the long-term growth of our assets. Through the years, Levin has always adapted well to the unique requirements of our individual properties, and we appreciate this customization of service.”

Levin’s first assignments for Stanbery were the Shoppes at Union Hill in Denville and the Shoppes at English Village in Montgomeryville, PA, both of which opened in 2003.
