NEW YORK CITY-Upscale job search/recruitment firm the Ladders has expanded its Hudson Square presence with a short-term lease of 14,443 square feet on the seventh floor at 304 Hudson St. landlord Trinity Real Estate announced Monday in a release. The deal is for 30 months, with rent in the high $20s per square foot.

The Ladders, which specializes in jobs that pay $100,000 and over, has been in the neighborhood since 2005, when it leased 25,000 square feet at Trinity’s 137 Varick St. for its headquarters. In March 2008, the Ladders expanded into 20,000 square feet at 205 Hudson St., also owned by Trinity.
