"The wave of leasing activity points to the building's desirability," Drummond tells GlobeSt.com, adding, "even with a wide range of available space throughout the market, there is a flight to quality, and tenants are choosing Bedminster One."
The building offers modern systems and features, combined with a suburban setting complete with a reflecting pond, picnic area and walking trails. It also includes a fitness center with men and women's locker facilities, an onsite café, covered parking spaces and storage.
S/K Properties owns and manages approximately 5.5 million square feet of office and industrial space throughout Somerset, Middlesex and Morris counties--of which 550,000 square feet of office space is located within two miles of Bedminster One.
