At the 200,000-square-foot One Bridge Plaza near the George Washington Bridge in Ft. Lee, Palisade Capital Management LLC renewed 11,697 square feet for five years and tacked on an additional 5,268 square feet.
Further north, Eisai Corp. of North America, a health research company, inked a long-term lease for 41,529 square feet at 300 Tice Blvd. in Woodcliff Lake. The 230,000-square-foot building is now fully leased.
Other deals included a 19,215-square-foot renewal signed by NetJets Inc., a firm that specializes in fractional jet ownership, at 581 Main St. in Woodbridge. The contract runs for six years and eight months. With this deal, the 200,000-square-foot complex is 100% occupied. Mack-Cali was represented in house by Toni Casiano, senior director of leasing, while David Simson of Newmark Knight Frank spoke for the tenant.
Meanwhile, the law offices of Stephen E. Gertler has re-upped for another six years within the 13,486 square feet it occupies at 1350 Campus Pkwy. in Monmouth Shores Corporate Park. The 79,747-square-foot building in Wall is now 91.9% leased. Mary Beth Priestley, of Bollerman Real Estate Services, advised the tenant, and Mack-Cali's director of leasing Erin Moran acted as landlord rep.
