PISCATAWAY, NJ-Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for Washington Plaza–a 200,000-square-foot, class A office building at 1551 South Washington Ave. here. The firm’s Robert Dinner, Curtis Foster and Michael A. Gordon are managing the assignment.

A Boston-based investment advisor owns Washington Plaza, which serves as home to Fortune 500 and technology tenants, including IBM, Revlon and Paychex, among others. The C&W team is marketing approximately 60,000 square feet of space at the four-story building, with units available from 4,500 to 26,000 square feet. Washington Plaza also could accommodate, contiguously, a requirement of up to 50,000 square feet on one floor.

Two available units, formerly occupied by IBM and Ask.com, are furnished, “plug and play” offices. “We recognize that many companies do not currently have significant capital available for relocation expenses, and we are working to offer an economically sound relocation achievable here at Washington Plaza,” Foster tells GlobeSt.com. “Our goal is to make it easy for tenants to come to this building–from our competitive pricing to our ability to manage design and construction in-house,” he says.
