Built in 1985, the building stands within the Teterboro industrial submarket with nearby access to the key transportation roadways of Route 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 80. "The building's close proximity to the state's main thoroughfares and major transportation hubs, coupled with its ability to be utilized as either warehouse or industrial space, matched the needs of Nice System perfectly," says NAI Hanson associate vice president Thomas A. Vetter, in a statement. He, along with colleague Jeffrey W. DeMagistris, also an associate VP, represented the landlord, Huyler Ruta Inc."We remain confident in the attractiveness of the Teterboro Industrial Submariket and the relative strength of Bergen County's industrial market overall," says DeMagistris, in a statement.

Among the building's amenities are 14-foot ceiling heights, one drive-in door and space for free off-street parking. Nice Systems is a provider of solutions for managing and monitoring security access across transportation systems.
