Korman Launches Temporary Housing Outreach

CLIFTON, NJ-As part of the new outreach program, New Jersey-based AVE communities will offer discounted rates for government workers.

CLIFTON, NJ-Residential real estate company Korman Communities has launched a new outreach program to connect with an increase of government workers in need of quality temporary housing.

According to figures released in March by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, public sector jobs grew in February, with the government adding 9,000 jobs and the education and health service fields upping staff by 26,000. In January, the government sector added 31,000 new jobs.

“As the public sector expands and reorganizes under the Obama administration, we’re seeing more and more workers who need temporary housing while they receive training or await transfer to a new office,” says Lea Anne Welsh, president of the AVE division at Korman Communities. “Our AVE line of communities offers a perfect solution to those needs.”
