Wholesaler Signs 31,000-SF Industrial Deal

NEW YORK CITY-RiteWay Wholesale & Distributor Inc. has leased a 25,930-square-foot warehouse at 48-25B Metropolitan Ave. in the Maspeth section of Queens. The five-year lease also includes 5,200 square feet of land, according to Kalman Dolgin Affiliates, which arranged the deal.

A supplier of general merchandise and 99-cent items to retailers in the tri-state area, Riteway is relocating and expanding its warehouse space from its current location at 5911 56th Ave., also in Maspeth. KDA’s Linda Wong represented RiteWay, while colleagues Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez represented the landlord, Lyric Lighting LTD. A KDA spokeswoman tells GlobeSt.com that Lyric is no longer in business.
