Legal Firms Renew in Roseland

ROSELAND, NJ-Two law firms have re-upped at 425 Eagle Rock Ave. here, a building known as a 'lawyer destination' property.

ROSELAND, NJ-Cushman & Wakefield has orchestrated lease renewals for two law firms at 425 Eagle Rock Ave. here. The building, owned by Principal Life Insurance, is known as a “lawyer destination” property because it houses a number of legal practices.C&W’s Richard Baumstein, along with team members Christian Politan and Matthew Seltzer, serves at the exclusive leasing agent for the 126,710-square-foot property. Baumstein has been acting as the building’s leasing agent for 12 years.

In the larger of the two deals, Post, Polak, Goodsell, MacNeill & Strauchler PA renewed and expanded its lease by 800 square feet for a total of 13,600 square feet. The 38-year-old multi-service legal firm has been a tenant in the building since 2001. Bryn Cinque and James Bailey of First Service Williams represented the tenant. In addition, Zeller and Strulowitz LLP, a boutique tax, trust and estates practice, renewed its contract for 2,400 square feet.
