Monolith bought the facility to be used by Monolith-owned Seoul Shik Poom Inc., which bills itself as the largest oriental food distribution and trading company in the US. Of the total 171,000 square feet, the facility contains 22,000 square feet of office space, 12,000 square feet of cooler space and 28,000 square feet of freezer space, with the balance of the main building being dry space. Situated on an approximate eight-acre site, the property also contains a free-standing vehicle maintenance garage. Other features include 26 tailboard doors and high ceilings.
The property is located within 2.5 miles of the George Washington Bridge and about 200 yards off of Route 4 West.
