NEW YORK CITY-Medical office buildings are a stable asset class during the recession, says CJ Follini, managing partner of locally based Noyack Medical Partners, in a discussion with Ian Ritter national online editor of GlobeSt.com.
Doctors are relatively stable tenants and will continue to be, unless changes in health care policy start to impact high end practices, Follini says.
