7-Eleven Rolls Out Development Plan

PARAMUS, NJ-The retailer recently completed nine lease transactions in the Garden State with the help of the Goldstein Group.

PARAMUS, NJ-Despite what is happening in the economy, many national, regional and local retailers are seeking New Jersey locations. “7-Eleven is one tenant forging ahead with an aggressive expansion plan for the New Jersey market,” president Chuck Lanyard, tells GlobeSt.com. “They are one of the most active retailers in New Jersey, seeking numerous sites throughout the Garden State.”

“The Goldstein Group has been instrumental in the success of our development plan,” adds Armand Keurian, senior Real Estate Manager for 7-Eleven Inc. “They have been extremely proactive in finding us new locations and Lew Finkelstein, who heads the leasing team, has proven to be the consummate real estate professional and continues to help us meet our New Jersey store opening goals.”
