Panzer's team includes Deborah van der Heyden, Robert Romano, David Kaplansky, Steven Rotter, Sean Black, Lisa Campofranco, Meredith Marash, Shannon Rzeznikiewicz, Kenia Fuertes, Brad Lane, Oliver Lloyd, Devorah Lebovic and Neela Rastogi. In a release, Peter Riguardi, president of JLL's New York region, says Panzer and his team "have a track record of success and are certain to make Jones Lang LaSalle's leasing team even stronger."

A veteran of 20-plus years in commercial real estate, Panzer has completed more than 22 million square feet of leasing assignments since 1992. Among his biggest transactions in Manhattan, he restructured an 800,000-square-foot lease for AXA Equitable, arranged a 750,000-square-foot deal for the United Nations in three separate buildings, secured 470,000 square feet for BNY Pershing and represented Bloomberg LP in leasing 700,000 square feet. He also completed a 350,000-square-foot lease for KeySpan's headquarters in Brooklyn, a 500,000-square-foot global technology center for MasterCard in O'Fallon, MO; a 200,000-square-foot regional headquarters for First Data in Atlanta; and the 450,000-square-foot Center for Advanced Medicine in Lake Success, NY for the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System.

Van der Heyden and Romano are joining JLL as managing directors. While at Newmark, Van der Heyden completed more than five million square feet of commercial office leases throughout the major and secondary US markets. Romano focused on transaction management and related services for national and international tenants at Newmark.
