Neal, formerly with CB Richard Ellis, brings nearly 30 years of retail development and tenant representation experience to Colliers Spectrum Cauble, having worked with a broad range of developers and investors. He will help lead the firm's new business development strategy.

"We'll always take the opportunity to add talented professionals like Mike, especially in the face of difficult macroeconomic conditions," says Jon Barry, president of Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty, the retail brokerage arm of the local firm. "Mike's experience and abilities make him valuable in the short term as we help clients work through current conditions. Long term, Mike is a tremendous asset as we uncover and capitalize on opportunities that market cycles inevitably bring."

Vaughn previously served as director of real estate with HD Supply, an Atlanta-based wholesale distributor, and will lead the asset management and disposition efforts for much of the company's Georgia portfolio. He will also pursue similar opportunities in increasing Colliers Spectrum Cauble's corporate service efforts.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Vaughn's career includes broad involvement in development, project management and marketing of office, industrial and retail properties across the Southeast. Over the past three years, he was responsible for more than $220 million in sales, leasing and development transactions throughout North America.
