Virgin Mobile Lands at Mack-Cali Property

WARREN, NJ-Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has signed Virgin Mobile USA LP to 93,376 square feet at its Somerset Hills Corporate Center here.

WARREN, NJ-Virgin Mobile USA LP has switched what was a sublease into a five-year contract for 93,376 square feet at 10 Independence Blvd. in the Somerset Hills Corporate Center here. The 120,528-square-foot building is owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corp.

Virgin Mobile, a provider of wireless calling services and equipment, is currently occupying the building under a sublease. This newly signed contract extends it occupancy to 2016. The class A office building is now fully occupied. Marc A. Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
