"On a national level, medical office space continues to be an attractive investment in the commercial real estate market, due to the increasing need for modern, cutting-edge medical facilities to accommodate new medical technologies and the aging Baby Boomers," Lizzack tells GlobeSt.com. "In New Jersey, meanwhile, Warren County has been on the forefront of medical office development."

The new class A medical facility office will be located directly adjacent to a recently developed hospital campus building and is accessible from Routes 46 and 80. Amenities include a rooftop mounted HVAC system, perimeter demised walls, common area restrooms, a state-of-the-art reception/lobby area, gurney-sized elevators, handicap accessibility and a vestibule entrance. Once completed, this new office facility will add more than 90 on-site surface parking spaces to HRMC's existing spots.
