Medical Center Retains NAI Hanson

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ-The real estate firm will market the center's new 24,500-square-foot medical office building currently under construction.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson was recently appointed as the exclusive leasing/sales agency of record for a new 24,500-square-foot office building addition to the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center located at 651 Willow Grove St.; this is the final parcel to be developed on hospital grounds. NAI Hanson’s Darren M. Lizzack, associate vice president, and Robert Borny, sales associate, will be spearheading the marketing efforts. The facility is slated for delivery in October of 2010.

“On a national level, medical office space continues to be an attractive investment in the commercial real estate market, due to the increasing need for modern, cutting-edge medical facilities to accommodate new medical technologies and the aging Baby Boomers,” Lizzack tells GlobeSt.com. “In New Jersey, meanwhile, Warren County has been on the forefront of medical office development.”
