The second floor, which offers 3,400 square feet of space, is now available for lease. CBRE executive vice president Jeff Heller and associate Chris McCaffrey will be responsible for marketing and leasing this space on behalf of Advance Realty.
According to Heller, asking rent is $23 per square foot, plus utilities. He adds that the location could work for either a local professional service or entrepreneurial company.Second floor amenities include monument signage, a private elevator and kitchenette, independent air conditioning and dedicated restrooms.
