Overlooking the Cambridge Reservoir, the corporate center is comprised of four, four-story buildings which total 980,000 square feet of office over a 58 acre site. With easy access to the Alewife commuter rail station and Route 128, the asking rate for the submarket is between $23 to $24 per square foot. The four buildings which make up the business center are 950 Winter St., 1000 and 1100 Winter St., and 1050 Winter St.

The owners, Broadway Partners, were repped by DTZ FHO Partners, specifically Duncan Gratton, Rick Fahey and Sue Donovan. CBRE's Andy Majewski, Kerry Olson and Jason Levendusky stood-in for MultiPlan, Inc. DTZ FHO took over exclusive leasing responsibilities for the park last year, promising to address expiring leases which were fast approaching.
