Residential Home Funding is consolidating its staff from other locations in the state into 4 Woodhollow Rd., while expanding its total space holdings. It will occupy its new offices in July. The building has one remaining available block of 4,538 square feet.
Other tenants in the property include Trane & Booz & Co.Situated near the I-80 and I-287 intersection, 4 Woodhollow Road features private tenant entrances, monument signage and direct metering of electric service for every unit. The building is within walking distance of the Sheraton-Tara Hotel and in close proximity to Routes 80, 287, 46, 202 and 10.
