Queens Warehouse Trades for $4.3M

NEW YORK CITY—A one-story, 50,000-square-foot warehouse at 26-01/26-15 4th St. in the Astoria section of Queens has sold for $4.3 million to AA Holding, Neil Dolgin, EVP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, announced Thursday. KDA arranged the transaction for both AA and the seller, 26-01/26-15 4th Street LLC

A supermarket food distributor based in Long Island City, AA purchased the building largely because it is conveniently located near the Robert F. Kennedy and Queensboro Bridges, the Queens-Midtown Tunnel, the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway and the Long Island Expressway, KDA says in a release. The company serves retail grocers in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan and Long Island. Gould Paper was a former tenant and has since vacated the space, according to KDA.
