JLL Brokers Relocation for MediaBank

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ-In an effort to expand its operations, the technology provider is moving here from Fort Lee.

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ-Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. recently completed an office lease for MediaBank LLC at 777 Terrace Ave. here. The class A office totals 200,000 square feet, with JLL confirming only that the tenant took less than 10% of the building, which works out to anywhere below 20,000 square feet.

JLL vice president Dino Mattessich represented technology solutions provider MediaBank, which is relocating from Ft. Lee and expanding its operations, while Mark D. Siegler and Marc Hirschinger of Colliers Houston & Co. represented the building’s owner, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
