Concurrently, the FirstService Williams leasing team handling the assignment--Jamie Drummond, managing director, and Leslie Meril, director--announced the signing of its first tenant at the 95,724-square-foot 119 Cherry Hill building. Healthcare advertising agency Natrel Communications Inc. signed a six-year, 11,850-square-foot lease and will occupy the second-floor space in September. Matthew McDonough of CB Richard Ellis represented Natrel in the lease negotiations.

"The market is showing more activity of late, especially in buildings like these with strong owners," Drummond tells GlobeSt.com. He adds that as the market becomes increasingly active, "we're also seeing a migration from short-term to longer-term agreements."There is an additional 37,835 square feet of available space at the complex, which can accommodate users from 1,723 square feet to 10,741 square feet. The office complex features marble floors, detailed millwork, an on-site café and catering services, a conference facility with 24/7 access for tenants.
