Lagasse, a subsidiary of United Stationers, is a leading wholesaler of janitorial/sanitary, food service and paper products with more than 30 locations nationwide. The company will occupy nearly three quarters of the 328,000-square-foot office/industrial building.

"Flagler's full-service capability allowed us to go methodically from negotiating the lease, to designing the facility, to obtaining a building permit, to completing the industrial space all within a six-month time period," Jose Hevia, Flagler president and CEO, stated in a release. Vice president Rafael Romero and senior leasing director Stuart Gordon secured the lease for Coral Gables-based Flagler, while Jones Lange LaSalle brokers Trevor Ragsdale, Michael Burns, Ed Lyden and Wayne Schuchts represented Lagasse in its site search.
