Coldwater Creek Takes Soho Office

NEW YORK CITY-The women's apparel chain has signed a 10-year lease for 23,000 square feet at 575 Broadway in the Soho Cast Iron District.

NEW YORK CITY-Coldwater Creek has signed a 10-year lease for 23,000 square feet of office at 575 Broadway. The women’s apparel chain is moving into an historic Soho building that also houses retail locations for Prada and American Eagle Oufitters.

Lease terms were not disclosed; however, the asking price for the space was $50 per square foot. Grant Greenspan of the Kaufman Organization represented Coldwater Creek, which plans to use the space to house creative and design offices, while Fred Grand of 575 Broadway Associates LP represented the landlord.
