Harrington, a senior vice president with the company's Office Services Group for the past 23 years, will continue to be a member of the its Tenant Advisory Group. A consistent producer for the company, Harrington has experience in landlord representation as well as site selection and investment sales.

[IMGCAP(2)]Frandsen, also previously a senior vice president with the company, began his real estate career with G&E in 1984 and has very similar experience. Neither was immediately available Tuesday morning for comment.
