The building, one of Downtown Atlanta's largest, opened in 1982 and is currently 87% leased, with Georgia-Pacific occupying three-quarters of the building, or 820,000 square feet, as its corporate headquarters. Linda Bolan, managing director with JLL, will lead the management transition while Mark Harrington and Jamilyn Boze will be in charge of the building's daily management. Senior vice presidents Glenn Aspinwall and Jeff Frantz will lead leasing.

"It's a great asset and a terrific opportunity to continue to prove our capabilities and the quality of our Atlanta leadership team," says Clark Gore, JLL Atlanta market director. The Chicago-based company leases and manages approximately nine million square feet throughout the Atlanta market.

Beyond office leasing and management, JLL's Project and Development Services team is leading the redevelopment of the Hilton Atlanta and the Hyatt Regency Atlanta after completing similar efforts for the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and the new World of Coke over the past two years. The team is also developing Georgia State University's $160-million Science Park in Downtown Atlanta.
